Can I print the photos myself?
No, printing is done directly through me to ensure the best end result. I use a professional photo lab with very high quality products that are made to last for many years. In addition to this, I make sure the right color profile is used and I optimize each photo individually for printing.

Through our email contact for the arrangements I will send you a digital invoice. If you prefer a physical invoice that is also possible upon request.
Do you offer giftcards?
Yes I have beautiful giftcards available. Email me to discuss the details.
What about the language when we meet?
So far, I have never had a session that has suffered due to the language. A mix of English, Dutch and body language solves everything. Don't worry about your English skills - it always feels scary but turns out good in person.
Can I contact you in Dutch?
Both Dutch and English works fine via email. Contact via phone has my preference of English, but I am always open to trying Dutch in phone calls too.
Can you speak Dutch?
Unfortunately, expressing myself in Dutch is something I am not very good at yet. I do however understand a lot of Dutch if you speak a little bit slow.
Are you Dutch?
No, I am Swedish but currently living in The Netherlands.
Will your watermark be visible on my printed products?
No, watermarks is only visible on digital photos.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, you can. However, to achieve the best results, it is advised that your friend has a low key profile during the shoot itself, unless otherwise asked.
Can I edit or modify the edited photos by myself?
No. Photos are edited in a tasteful and caring manner, and I want them preserved the way they are delivered and intended. If you have wishes for modifications, please contact me instead.
What kind of clothes should I wear?

How can I open the .zip file containing my edited photos?
Locate the downloaded .zip file and right click the file. Select “Extract All” in the menu. Now select the folder that you want the files to end up in.
Can I download the preview photos?
Unfortunately, no. They are only offered on DVD from selected packages.

Can I buy prints at a later moment?
Absolutely! Your edited pictures will stay on the website indefinitely. This means you can purchase prints right after your edits are delivered, but also years later.
Why do my edits look dark?
I use a calibrated screen to process your images. This means that my screen is optimized for light, contrast and colors. In all likely hood the device you are viewing your images on is not calibrated, and may display your images really dark or really light. In some cases your device's screen may not display colors in a way that the image is intended to look like. If you want to be able to view them in a nicer manner, I suggest calibrating your screen, or trying to view them on another device.
Don't know how to calibrate it? Follow these steps:

How long does the hairstyling take?
This varies a lot from client to client, depending on factors such as styling wishes & hair length. However, it is reasonable to put aside 1 - 1.5 hour for hairstyling. If you have very long or thick hair and request full curling, this may take additional time.

This varies a lot from client to client, depending on the styling wishes. However, it is advised to put aside 1 hour for this.
Can I book hairstyling & make-up, even if you travel to my location?
Yes, this is definitely possible. We will be in touch before your session to finalize your wishes, so I can bring the right equipment for you.

When do I pay for my photo session?
Typically, I will send you the invoice upon the delivery of the edited photos. If you prefer it at another moment, let me know and this can be arranged.
